Her orientation in therapy is primarily cognitive behavioral. Her approach with her clients is practical, goal-oriented, solution-focused and strength-based.
In therapy she works to support her clients to achieve their goals by finding new insights and creating positive change. She believes that in today's busy world working towards a balanced life is imperative, so she has a mind-body approach to her work.
Change can be difficult so she strives to create a safe and supportive environment for all her clients. Working with a client's current strengths while giving them new skills and techniques to reach their goals is her focus. Length of therapy varies according to the client's needs, brief or long-term.
